Privacy Policy

ARAROR / YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy policy.

How we use and protect your information when you explore our website, enquire about a vehicle or commission an Araror.

In brief

We use the information you give us to answer your enquiry, develop your vehicle brief and, if you place an order, arrange the vehicle and bespoke build. We only share information where it is needed to run the website, fulfil your project or meet a legal obligation. We do not publish the identity of our clients or details of their vehicles without permission.

01 / WHO WE ARE

Who handles your information?

Araror Bespoke Sprinters is the name used for the vehicles and services described on this website. For questions about this policy or your personal information, email info@ararorluxurysprinterconversions.co.uk. The business responsible for an individual vehicle sale and build will also be identified in your quotation and order paperwork.

02 / INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

What information do we use?

When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry. If you commission or buy a vehicle, we may also need your billing and delivery details, agreed design brief, correspondence, vehicle and registration details, invoices and payment records. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely needed for your project.

We normally receive this information from you. If a representative, company or introducer contacts us on your behalf, we may receive your contact details and project requirements from them. Our website and its service providers may also collect technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, to operate and protect the site.

03 / WHY WE USE IT

Purposes and lawful bases

Enquiries and proposals

To answer you, discuss a design, prepare a quotation and take steps you request before entering a contract. Our lawful basis is usually steps before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Vehicle orders and builds

To manage the vehicle purchase, design approvals, suppliers, invoices, handover and aftercare. Our lawful basis is usually performance of a contract or steps before one.

Records and obligations

To keep accounting records, manage vehicle documentation and meet tax or other legal duties. Our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation where one applies.

Website and communications

To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and handle correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure service. Where consent is required for optional cookies or electronic marketing, we rely on your consent or another applicable legal permission.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the purpose and its impact on you. You can contact us if you would like details or wish to object to a use based on legitimate interests.

04 / SHARING

Who may receive it?

We may share only the information needed with website and email providers, professional advisers, payment or accounting providers, and the vehicle supplier, registration services, build specialists or other suppliers involved in your agreed project. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information. If a service provider handles information outside the UK, we will use an applicable transfer mechanism or other lawful protection where required. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy notices.

05 / COOKIES & WEBSITE FEATURES

How does the website use cookies?

WordPress and its hosting or security services may use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and protect it from abuse. Other features, such as analytics, embedded media or social content, may use additional technologies when enabled. Non-essential cookies that require consent should be controlled through the site’s cookie settings before they are used. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect site features.

If comments are enabled on a blog post, the site may collect the information submitted with a comment, plus technical details used for moderation and spam prevention. If you choose to save your details for a later comment, WordPress may set a convenience cookie. Embedded content from other websites may collect information under the provider’s own privacy terms.

06 / MARKETING & DISCRETION

Your project stays yours

We may reply to your enquiry and contact you about a project you have asked us to discuss. If we send marketing messages, we will do so only where permitted and provide a way to opt out. You may ask us to stop marketing at any time by emailing us.

We will not identify you as an Araror client or share images of your individual build for publicity without your permission. If you agree to publicity, we will discuss the intended use with you.

07 / RETENTION & SECURITY

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry information while we are dealing with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or a question arises. For customers, we retain the records needed to administer the vehicle sale, bespoke build, warranties, tax and accounting obligations, and any disputes. The period depends on the record and applicable legal requirements; we then delete or securely dispose of information we no longer need.

We take reasonable steps to limit access to personal information and protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No website or electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

08 / YOUR RIGHTS

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to see your personal information, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, or receive certain information in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this will not affect use already carried out lawfully. Some rights have exceptions, including where records must be kept by law.

To make a request, email info@ararorluxurysprinterconversions.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

09 / UPDATES

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our business, website or legal requirements change. The version shown here was last updated on 28 September 2026. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will take appropriate steps to tell those affected.
